Yes. LINQ is a pet-friendly apartment community in San Jose that welcomes residents and their pets. Please contact the leasing office for current pet policies, breed restrictions, and applicable fees.  

Yes. LINQ reserves select income-qualified apartment homes for eligible residents. Income-protected studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments may be available based on household qualifications. 

Attainable Housing Program (Income-Protected Homes)

To qualify under the affordable housing income limits in San Jose County, a household's maximum annual gross income cannot exceed 80% AMI.

  • 4-person household: $159,550

  • 8-person household: $210,650
